The outdoor sofa that defines the elegance of open-air living

The Cora two-seater outdoor sofa by Unopiù is designed to become the focal point of any outdoor space—an element that welcomes, furnishes and enhances every setting with natural elegance. Designed by Federica Biasi, it is rooted in a vision focused on relaxation, proportion and material quality, transforming seating into an authentic wellness experience.

Compact in size yet generous in comfort, this model fits seamlessly into both contemporary residential environments and more exclusive settings such as panoramic terraces, rooftops, private pools and yacht lounge areas. Within compositions of garden sofas, the Cora sofa stands out for its ability to create refined convivial spaces without ever appearing bulky or redundant.

Solid teak and rope: materials designed to last over time

The load-bearing structure of the sofa is made of solid teak, one of the most reliable woods for high-end outdoor furniture. Its natural richness in oils makes it resistant to water, sunlight, humidity and temperature fluctuations, minimizing the risk of deformation or deterioration over time. Even after prolonged exposure to the elements, teak retains its stability and beauty, developing a natural patina that enhances its character.

It is no coincidence that the same material is widely used in the nautical world, where it must guarantee high performance on decks and furnishings exposed to salt air, constant solar radiation and continuous humidity. The Cora sofa inherits this legacy of reliability, bringing into the domestic space the same construction culture typical of luxury yachts.

The woven rope, used as a covering and visual lightening element, introduces an interesting dialogue between structure and transparency. The handcrafted weaving creates an elegant and functional decorative pattern, resistant to tension and daily use. The result is a sofa that appears visually light while maintaining a solid and well-defined presence.

Technical cushions for authentic outdoor comfort

The seat and back cushions, included, are specifically designed for outdoor use. The padding retains volume and elasticity over time, while the technical fabric covers provide water repellency, UV resistance and fast drying. This allows you to enjoy the sofa with total freedom, without worrying about protecting it at every change in weather.

Comfort is not only a matter of softness, but also of proper support and spatial perception: on the Cora sofa, every detail is designed to promote a relaxed and natural seating experience, both in private settings and in professional and nautical outdoor environments.
